Return & Refund Policy

At Souhra The Label, we hope you love every piece you receive. We take great pride in creating timeless, modest clothing designed to be worn and loved for years to come.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we gladly offer a store credit, provided that:

  • Your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • All original tags remain attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Sale Items

All sale, promotional and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every garment before it leaves us. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing souhrathelabel@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Process

To begin a return, please email souhrathelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit, exchange or refund (where applicable) to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags attached
