Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new collection launches, promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping (if selected): 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing their order.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at souhrathelabel@gmail.com.
If your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to make changes, and any additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
